Ashwini Iyer Tiwari’s Bareilly Ki Barfi is turning out to be a cinematic relief for the cine lovers. The movie has been loved and appreciated from across every corner. Along with the fans, industry insiders also cannot stop praising the film and the performances. Recently legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan watched the film and gave a positive overview of the film. Big B is known to appreciate the films that he really likes, and his opinions are real gems which matter a lot to the young stars.

The movie made Rs. 1.15 crores on Friday, Rs. 1.75 crores on Saturday and Rs. 2.30 crores on Sunday (Week 2). The film made Rs. 5.20 crores on weekend 2 and hence, the total collection till date stands at Rs. 23.92 crores at the domestic box-office from. In the film, Kriti Sanon plays the role of a modern, free spirited girl in search of an author played by Rajkummar Rao while Ayushman Khurana essays the publisher’s role. Made at a tight budget, the movie is showing good consistency at the box-office, it will be interesting how the film is performing well amidst the new releases.
