Hindi Medium stands steady despite heavy competition; nears 50 crores!
Hindi Medium is expected to cross 50 crores barrier this weekend considering its pace at the domestic box-office.

As the Bollywood enthusiast and team of Movie buffs, it feels good when well-made movie but with negative market predictions about it performs better and unexpectedly well on box office. Such wonder was achieved by this year’s surprise hit, Hindi Medium ! Still, in its 2nd week, it is standing upright and making business against new releases and bigger films and earning decent business.
With the decent opening of 2.81crores and 25.21crores approx. at the 1st week box office, it released in the theater on 19th May. And in its 2nd week it grossed 2.82 cr on last Friday, 4.21cr on Saturday followed by Sunday to earn 5.11cr. It opened on weekdays with 2.20 cr on Monday, 2.22 cr on Tuesday, and yesterday 2.21cr making a total of 43.98 crores showing a rock solid report card!
Hindi Medium , directed by Saket Chudhary and starring, Irrfan Khan , Saba Qamar , is a light-hearted comedy family drama that makes a social comment on polarization lies between Hindi and English Medium while depicting social prejudice middle-class people have to deal with it if they enrolled their child in Hindi medium school. Hindi Medium gracefully managed to garner appraises from both masses and the classes for its noteworthy storytelling and performance by cast and crew. Considering the graph of this film, Hindi medium is expected by trade experts to cross the 50 crore barrier in the coming weekend.
