The multi starrer drama Udta Punjab has received rave reviews from the critics as well as the audience. Abhishek Chaubey’s directorial venture made $ 2,037,573 i.e. Rs. 13.85 crores at the overseas market till June 26, 2016.
The movie crossed the 50 crore mark at the domestic front. The film Udta Punjab talks about the drug scenario and abuse in the state of Punjab. The film stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh in the leads.
