Toilet: Ek Prem Katha made a smooth entry in 100crores Club this Friday!
As per trade pundits, it will last two more weeks to earn even more, despite ongoing depression on Box office counter!

Finally the moment every trade pundits have been waiting for, just happened! Bollywood, in terms of earnings on the Box Office, is concerned, is going through a dry spell. And every trade expert and Bollywood enthusiast had many expectations from Akshay Kumar ’ upcoming film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha ! The film itself has all the elements it would be needed to make an ideal film to garner the audience to the movie theatres! And just as expected, this Akshay Kumar ’ didn’t disappoint at all!
As in its first week on the box office, the film was gradually earning hefty amount of collection with few hiccups in the earning graphs. Till the Thursday, the total earning of Toilet Ek Prem Katha reached to 89.95crores. With the Thursday earning of 6.10crores followed by Friday earning 4crores on the box office. While making a grand total of Rs.100.05crores giving a smooth pass into the 100crores club! Although it might not seems much, but considering current market tilt, such news is a sigh of relief to the industry!
As trade pundits have signified, the film would still last 1-2 weeks which might give a chance to earn collection 10-20crores, by the end of the second week! Considering the audience and critical praise it received and also the fact some special screening been also done to spread the awareness about stopping the practice of open defecation, which is the main premise of the film! The Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is still in the theatre, in case if you want to!
