In the world history of cinema, alliance of Disney and Pixar studio as clearly a holy merriment as that collaboration have given so many timeless hits like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Brave, Inside Out and many more to come! And as for the upcoming film, Coco, which is already touted as visual masterpiece and given the first impression of the trailer which is indeed stunning and yet heart-warming! Just take a look!
The film Coco of Miguel’s dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol Ernesto de la Cruz and destined and desperate to prove his talent, he and his dog Dante find themselves in the Land of the Dead. And as the story progresses he meets a trickster Hector, with him Miguel set off on an extraordinary journey to know the real story behind Miguel's family history, while dealing with a generation ban on music!
The visuals and the music aesthetics are so pleasing, it almost takes you to the different realm. Special accolade to composer Michael Giacchino who gave beautiful background score for the film, as the most part of the story would likely to demand great deal of music renditions! Not many people know that, the basic plotline of the Coco is based on Mexican holidays of the Day of the Dead, which is basically the gatherings of family and friends, to pray for and remember those who have died, and help support their spiritual journey!
The film is directed by Lee Unkrich and voice over for the Miguel was done by Anthony Gonzalez! For Indian fans, the film Coco will be releasing on 24 Nov 2017, two days after its international release! Although officials haven released the updates on which regional language it will be dubbed or will it be releasing in 3D or not, but BollywoodMDB will keep you posted on any updates on Coco and its Indian release!
