Terminator 2: Judgment day, he’ll be back! In 3D and in 4K!

Indeed Hollywood have given its audience so many memorable films that we went back again and re-watching, and even to the level where we make it featured in our guilty pleasure list which included many action movies too. And one action movie that we can bet must be a common entry in the list of such Hollywood classics is Terminator 2: Judgment day! It is one film that still remains part of the discussion of the most watched over action film, which also won Academy accolades.

And now a happy news for those die heart Terminator fans, as the news suggests, Terminator 2 will be remastered into 3D and resolution changed to 4K and being re-released in selected AMC theatres in the US and they are planning to sell re-mastered copy on Blu-ray DVDs! And if grapevines are to believed, Hollywood’ legendary director James Cameron will return to director seat for its next instalment in Terminator franchise in 2019!

Terminator 2 was one of the most expensive films made in 1991, with the total budget of $102 million and most of the budget went it to technical aspect considering it was science fiction action film. But everything went when post it's early July released in 1991, it went on to earn +$500 million at the box office. There are many reason why it is such a cult classic still at this time, aspects of tech invention, VFX creation, simple but gripping plotline, impeccable performances by its cast Edward Furlong & Robert Patrick, and history’s two irreplaceable badasses, The Terminator and Sarah Corner, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton.
