Storyline
The story revolves around an old woman who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Mai is deserted by her children, even her loving son. But her elder daughter is a woman of substance. She takes her mother with herself against the wish of her husband and teenage daughter. The further story shows the bond between a mother and her daughter, and how their duties shift with the course time.

One Line Review: A family movie with a repeated plot which fails to execute the greatness of a mother as per the title. Positive Points: Brilliant performance by Padmini Kolhapure; some heart touching scenes and the message given at the climax. Negative points: Poor directions; ineffective screenplay; climax with no impact; too many unwanted scenes and editing. Plot: It is a story of Mai(Aasha Bhosle), a woman who is abandoned by her favorite son and two younger daughters after she is suspected with a dreadfull disease-Alzheimer.
