Salman, who made his debut a few years before Shah Rukh , believes, unlike SRK, he was not focused on acting. Talking to a leading daily, the ‘ Bajrangi Bhaijaan ’ star said, ‘’I think Shah Rukh was very focused when he came into the industry. I wanted to become a writer-director, so I didn’t have a lot of interest in acting but I used to do a bit of modeling. Viz-a-Viz acting, I feel one should go for it only when the offer comes to you. ‘’

He further added, ‘’I remember when I would go around looking for director’s work, everyone told me, ‘You should become an actor.’ So I spent six months only thinking about it. Then I decided, ‘Let’s become an actor’ because who would have given a Rs 50 lakh film to an 18-year-old director?”

Well, we can’t imagine Salman being behind the cameras. Bollywood would have never been the same if it Bhaijaan Salman was not around.
