Actress Jacqueline Fernandez to recreate this evergreen song of Madhuri Dixit in ‘Baaghi 2’!

Tiger Shroff ’s ‘ Baaghi 2 ’ is currently one of the hot topics of B-town. After the overnight success of action-packed ‘ Baaghi ’, its makers didn’t waste any moment and declared a sequel to it. And now, when the movie is about to get completed and hit the theatres, we got a big revelation regarding the movie. Like its first installment, ‘ Baaghi 2 ’ is also going to be high on action and it will also have a major item number which will be performed by Jacqueline Fernandez . Well, the movie has Disha Patani as the female lead but Jacqueline will do a cameo song and recreate the iconic number of Madhuri Dixit ’s ‘Ek Do Teen’ from the movie ‘ Tezab ’. That’s right! The evergreen and the iconic song which was performed by Madhuri and choreographed by Saroj Khan 30 years back will now get recreated and dance masters Ganesh Acharya and Ahmed Khan will head it.

Jacqueline will start shooting for the song today (February 8), and this will go on for the next three days. “There will be three choreographers on the set today, that’s a picture perfect moment in itself,” Ahmed told Mumbai Mirror adding that, “It’s an all-time favourite and I have asked Ganesh to retain Sarojji’s famous hook steps and Manish Malhotra to keep Madhuri Dixit’s pink outfit in mind while designing Jacqueline’s costume. I want the same feel of the earlier song that still looms large on everyone’s mind and also the same vibe, with the crowds chanting ‘Mohini, Mohini’ as Madhuri takes the stage.”

Made under the banner of Sajid Nadiadwala ’s production house, the movie is being helmed by choreographer turned director Ahmed Khan and it is scheduled to hit cinema halls from March 30.
