After ‘Manmarziyan’ Taapsee Pannu to star in Anurag Kashyap’s yet another film, ‘Womaniya’?

After ending 2017 with a bang, Taapsee Pannu has her kitty full of movies this year as well. Taapsee, who is balancing commercial movies and content-driven films equally, is all set to be a part of Anurag Kashyap ’s film, ‘Womaniya’. The talented actress has already been signed in for Kashyap’s ‘ Manmarziyan ’ opposite Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal and now she will be seen in a yet another film by Kashyap. ‘Womaniya’ is a two-heroine film based on the real-life story. Moreover, it is set to go on floors this year in the month of July. Talking more about it, a source stated to a leading tabloid, "The film follows two professional woman shooters and their success story against all odds. Both actresses will require to train in shooting before the film kicks off maintaining authenticity. Anurag will be introducing a new director with this project, which is inspired by the real-life success stories of several women professional shooters." Though the second lead is yet not confirmed, it is pretty much sure that Taapsee is doing this film.

Though Taapsee has now signed two films with Kashyap, yet none of the films have gone on floors. Before ‘Womaniya’, Taapsee will be seen in ‘Manmarziyan’ produced by Aanand L Rai and the film will go on floors in February 2018 in Kashmir.

Apart from these two films, the actress has ‘ Dil Juunglee ’, which is coming out on 16th February, then she has ‘ Mulk ’ which stars Rishi Kapoor and on 29th June, her sports drama, ‘ Soorma ’, is scheduled to release, clashing with Rajkumar Hirani ’s Dutt biopic.
