Beauty queen and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is now on the movie signing spree. After 2010, she took a break from the showbiz and has only appeared in 3 films since then. But it seems like the tables are turning as Aish will now be seen in a number of movies in the coming future. At the moment, she is now busy with ‘ Fanne Khan ’ and then she will reportedly be seen with husband Abhishek Bachchan in Gulab Jamun made under Anurag Kashyap ’s production house and then there’s another Prernaa Arora film. It is believed that Aishwarya will be seen doing a grey role in Prernaa’s next. In the past, the actress had done negative roles in Ram Gopal Varma ’s political crime thriller Sarkar Raaj (2008) and Rajkumar Santoshi ’s ‘ Khakee ’ (2004) and now it is believed that she will be back with such kind of role after a decade with Prernaa and Siddharth Anand’s film.

A trade source informed a leading website, “Prernaa and Siddharth Anand’s film will be a slick, stylish thriller with Aishwarya as the protagonist. Aishwarya has liked the concept as the actress and Prernaa get along very well. Prernaa had mentioned earlier in her interviews that she is planning another film with the actress. This is the one that she has approached Aishwarya for and is keen that the actress does it. It’s a grey role with various layers to it and requires a powerful performer. Ash plays a woman who goes through an interesting transformation. It’s a role the actress has never played before. While she has played roles with grey shades earlier including, Khakee, Dhoom 2 and Sarkar Raaj, this one will be the most challenging so far.”
