Ayushmann to shoot the last schedule of Sriram Raghavan’s next in Pune!
The actor plays a blind pianist in the film, a character which he has never played before.

2017 has turned out to be the best year for Ayushmann Khurrana professionally as he had two releases this year, namely Bareilly Ki Barfi and Shubh Mangal Savdhan , and both emerged victorious at the ticket window. Now, the actor will be seen next in Sriram Raghavan ’s upcoming film, tentatively titled Shoot The Piano Player . According to reports, Khurrana plays a blind pianist in the suspense thriller film. The movie is complete more than half and to shoot the last schedule of the film, Khurrana will head to Pune.
“It is going to be an intense shoot. The film is a completely different take on thrillers and Sriram’s script is amusing and edge-of-the-seat at the same time. It is going to be a rollercoaster ride for the character that Ayushmann is playing,” says a source close to the project.
Speaking about shooting in Pune, Khurrana says, “I will be in Pune from November 14 for about 16 days and I’m looking forward to the shoot and getting to know the city through the eyes of Sriram Raghavan. He is a genius in making the landscape integral to the film and the plot and enhances the effect it has on the story and characters.”
Produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures, the film also stars Tabu and Radhika Apte in important roles.
