Our Bollywood stars don't lag behind, when it comes to sports. And recently, some of the Bolly heartthrobs like Ranbir Kapoor has proved his passion for sports by becoming proud owners of the Mumbai franchise in the inaugural ISL (Indian Super League) football league, reportedly.

Ranbir revealed he desired to convert his passion for football into development activity. As per the reports, Ranbir has become the co-owner of the Mumbai franchise of the 8-city league by tying up with the investment banker Bimal Parekh. The matches are to be played between September to November. Ranbir has been an ardent football lover since his childhood. Other than Ranbir, the other stars who have invested in separate programs are Salman Khan and John Abraham . Salman is the owner of Pune team by tying up with Wadhawan Group and John along with Shillong Lajong FC, owns the Guwahati team.
