Bollywood's baby doll, Sunny Leone, to be seen in a Telugu period war film!
After TV shows and some quirky adult comedies, Sunny Leone will soon feature in a Telugu period war film by V C Vadivudaiyan.
Sunny Leone has succeeded in making a fan base for herself within no time. It has been only 6 years since her debut, but the 36-year-old has made millions and millions of fans all across the world. Sunny has appeared in a number of reality TV shows, movies, and item songs, but she has never ever done action sequences. Well, we have got some exciting news for all the Sunny fans here. The baby doll of Bollywood is all set to be part of Telugu period war film where she will be seen doing action scenes. The untitled film will be directed by V C Vadivudaiyan. It will revolve around the culture of South India and is going to feature Sunny in a new avatar.
Talking about the project, Sunny said in a statement, “After this movie, I am sure my image will change completely. I have always liked doing action sequences. I was waiting for a script like this only for years. I started preparing for this movie from the minute director V C Vadivudaiyan narrated me the script. I have a special love towards south India so I am very happy to do a straight Telugu movie. I have a lot of my fans in South India, especially Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.”
Sunny has been part of many Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films, but only in a special appearance. This will be her first feature film in a full-fledged role in the Southern industry. Talking about her Bollywood ventures, her latest release, ‘Tera Intezaar’, isn’t doing any wonders on the big screens.
