Bollywood’s most awaited film of 2017 Padmavati has been making news lately for its magnificent first look posters and extra-ordinary trailer video. But previously, while shooting the film, it wasn’t so easy for the film team and especially for Sanjay Leela Bhansali . Two times the set was disrupted and the film team beard all the losses. Shooting such an intense and big film with lavish sets is not easy in the first place and top it all the outrage by people made the situation worse.

Once again, another such incident of shame has been witnessed in Surat, Gujarat where an artist drew a beautiful Rangoli of Deepika Padukone ’s Padmavati avatar. A few members from the Karni Sena and others just came forward and ruined the work of art for which the artist had put hours of hard work.

When Deepika heart about the incident, she vented out her anger on social media. She shared several tweets and spoke her heart out. The lady even tagged Politician Smriti Irani and requested her to take action! Time and again, the film team has clarified that there is no intimate scene between Padmavati and Khilji, the movie has been made in accordance to honour our history. Still it is absurd that some people do not get the message and opt for violence. Check out her tweets here:

absolutely heart breaking to see the recent attack on artist Karan and his artwork!disgusting and appalling to say the least!

“Who are these people?Who is responsible for their actions? For how long are we going to let this go on?”

“this has to stop NOW & action must be taken! @smritiirani”
