Director Vipul Shah Is Back With Namastey Canada Ft. Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra!

Director and producer Vipul Amrut Shah is known for making family entertaining movies which turned out to be blockbuster at the Box office. One of his directorial gems, Namastey London, was 2014’s highest grossing film. And as per the latest updates from the production house, Vipul Shah would be producing and directing a film titled as, Namastey Canada, starting hit Jodi Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra and a film is likely to be a rom-com, like its prequel. Vipul Shah ’s last directorial venture was Action Replay in 2010!

Though Vipul made it clear that this film will not be a sequel to his Namastey London and it would be totally different film. Speaking more about the film, he said I thank Akshay for standing by me and being graceful about sharing the title with me. I'm also happy that Arjun and Parineeti agreed to join me on this journey.”

Both leading starts are also supper pumped about it. Arjun’s initial reaction was, "I'm excited to be a part of this project. After working with giants like Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar, he has chosen me. 'Namastey Canada' has heart and humour, making it a family entertainer." While Parineeti expressed her joy like "This is exactly the film I was looking for! It's a Desi story with a Videshi heart. I'm excited to be directed by Vipul sir with who I have shared an amazing friendship over the last few years."

It would also be interesting to see Pairing of Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra again after their first smashing hit Ishaqzaade . And those who are fan of this Jodi are in for the treat as they’ll be also playing a lead role in Yash Raj Film ’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar directed by Dibakar Banerjee !
