Actor Emraan Hashmi who will be next seen playing the role of former cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin has taken up running to acquire an athletic body.

Actor Emraan Hashmi is all set for back to back releases with two of his films lined up in a row. Now the actor has no time for any break as he is busy preparing for his role in the upcoming film where he will be seen playing the role of former Indian cricket captain Mohammed Azharuddin.
Emraan is already practicing with Azharuddin to get his batting style right. The actor is working hard to get an athletic physique and hence has taken up running. According to a leading daily, the actor runs about 6 kms twice a day. This intense workout regime is chosen by the actor to get into the character. Bollywood actors are known to work hard on their looks especially when it comes to portraying a biopic.
