Finally Prakash Jha Wins Court Battle Over The Disputed Song 'Tata Birla, Ambani'
Prakash Jha was recently in news due to his controversial song on mehangai and using the surnames of Tata, Birla, Ambani and a few other industrialists in a song of his upcoming film ‘Chakravyuh.

Prakash Jha was recently in news due to his controversial song on mehangai and using the surnames of Tata, Birla, Ambani and a few other industrialists in a song of his upcoming film ' Chakravyuh .'
Birla Group had even filed a defamation case against this song (for using their surnames in defamatory way).
But finally the director Prakash Jha has won the case because the Delhi High Court has disposed of the application and has refused to grant injunction against the film.
Prakash Jha , while defending the song had said that it was sung by Naxalites in the film who had suffered 'industrial exploitation' for several years.
This film stars Arjun Rampal , Abhay Deol , Esha Gupta , Anjali Patil and Manoj Bajpai and is set to get released on 24th of this month. It revolves around the Naxal issue of North India.
