A satire on the Indian courtrooms, ' Jolly L.L.B. ' has managed to collect a huge amount of 50 cr at the global box office. The film is directed by Subhash Kapoor . The worldwide collection of the film came up as a good news to filmmakers as it got a good response from the overseas audiences. The film collected gross 46.7 cr at the domestic box office and 3.3 cr abroad. The trade has declared the film as 2013's biggest box office hit so far. The film was made on a budget of just 13.5 cr and it gave so much profit to the filmmakers. The audiences and the critics as well applauded the film and gave it a good response. The film gave a tough competition to three big releases and still continues to grow in its fourth week. ' Jolly L.L.B. ' featured Boman Irani , Arshad Warsi and Amrita Rao in pivotal roles.
The film will be remade in the south Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The remake rights were just sold by the filmmakers. This makes the movie to get into the list of the few movies which were remade in the south. Apart from the audiences and the critics, various big film fraternities like Amitabh Bachchan , Akshay Kumar , Arbaaz Khan and Juhi Chawla also praised the subject and the presentation of the film.
Looks like the filmmakers are going gaga over this news and in a mood to celebrate their success.
