Kajol joins Twitter for a good cause
Actress Kajol joins Twitter to spread a cause of hand washing and to update everyone about the happenings at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) which she will be shortly attending.

All this while, when number of stars were updating their fans about their every move on social networking sites, actress Kajol kept herself away from the glares. But recently a noble cause made her join Twitter for few weeks to update everyone about the happenings at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Brand-ambassador of hand washing brand Lifebouy, Kajol is invited at the meet to be held on September 23 and September 24.
Handled with the name of @ Kajol AtUN, Kajol posted her first tweet, reading: "Hi guys!!! Joining Twitter for a few weeks, all for a good cause."
Supportive husband Ajay Devgn welcomed Kajol with the following tweet: "Very Proud to see @ Kajol atUN advocating Hand washing at the UN and supporting the #HelpAchildreach5 movement."
Within four days, Kajol has garnered over 5312 followers on Twitter.
