Actress Kangana Ranaut has been in news lately for all the controversial reasons. Her infamous controversy involving Hrithik Roshan is making news and the snippets are going viral. The issue does not seem to stop sometime soon. Amongst all the chaos, there is finally some positive news from her side. The actress has bought a new bungalow which is a plush apartment near Sanjay Dutt ’s home located at the Nargis Dutt Road in Bandra, Mumbai. So now, actor Sanjay Dutt has a new neighbor. It has not been revealed whether Kangana is planning to convert it into an office space or use it otherwise.
According to a leading daily, "Kangana has just bought a bungalow located at Nargis Dutt Road at Pali Hill, Bandra, for a whopping Rs 20.7 crore. It is surrounded by homes of other B-Town bigwigs. A ground plus three-storey structure, she has paid around Rs 67,000 per square foot for the bungalow. The bungalow, which earlier had a playschool operating, is part of Chetak Co-operative Housing Society. The bungalow also has a 565 sq ft car parking space."
Kangana’s latest release Simran received a mixed response from the audience as well as the critics. The actress will be next seen in Manikarnika. Also, it could not do much business at the box-office front. While Sanjay Dutt ;s Bhoomi also performed averagely at the box-office front.
