Karan Johar to play a double role in his next?

Eminent filmmaker Karan Johar is often in news for his film or television outings. He is one such popular directors amongst the league who is also in the lime light for his statements and fashion hues. Johar who is known to make blockbuster films debuted as an actor in Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet starring Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Unfortunately, the film bombed at the box-office making Karan swear not to act again! But, contrary to that, there are reports stating Karan Johar has signed yet another film.

According to a report in Pinkvilla , Karan Johar will be next seen in a double role in the upcoming film Crazy Hum. The movie went on floors at IIFA Awards 2017, in New York. The upcoming project also stars starring Sonakshi Sinha , Diljit Dosanjh and Aditya Roy Kapur in key roles. It is an interesting story but the makers have not revealed many details.

A source stated, "Details of his character has been kept under wraps. This is the biggest surprise of the film. The writers who are working on the set are constantly innovating every day to enhance their script and it was then that they got this brilliant idea of having Karan’s duplicate."

Karan Johar last directed Ae Dil Hai Mushkil featuring Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan in the lead roles. Karan’s Dharma Productions is also presenting several movies including Alia Bhatt’s Raazi, Tiger Shroff’s Student Of The Year 2, Siddharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha ’s Ittefaq among others.
