Much awaited teaser of Haseena Parkar is out, Shraddha Kapoor is simply marvelous!

It is a classic cliche that women in Bollywood are mostly portrayed as an eye candy and that’s how it is supposed to be, but it is also a changing picture! Movies based on women-centric characters are always a treat to watch and there are many Bollywood actresses in the industry that can pull off such strong roles. For quite a while, there is a buzz about Shraddha Kapoor starrer Haseena Parker , which is a biographical tale of a sister of infamous Dawood Ibrahim, directed by Apoorva Lakhia . And recently, Swiss Entertainment released the first look teaser of the movie and much like expected Shraddha is stunning and promising!

The trailer does give a good glimpse of how an innocent person can be dragged in due to changed circumstances into pitted world of gangster and takes into a journey to rule the city with her terror. The teaser also narrates how social stigma, mistreated by law and order and corrupt system can force someone to be evil and harsh. One thing that struck hard with this teaser, how impeccably Shraddha Kapoor transformed herself for this role, as we all are habitual to see her in more of ‘full-of-life’, bubbly characters, and here is she living a character which is dark, morbid and has a strong vibe of mystery as what goes in Haseena’s mind.

Though this first look teaser doesn’t disclose anything about Dawood Ibrahim played by Siddhanth Kapoor but it is also one of the pivotal characters in the story. Besides Shraddha Kapoor and Siddhanth Kapoor , the cast also includes Rajesh Tailang, Satendra Bagasi, Ankur Bhatia and also Charanpreet Singh. The film is set to release on 18th August and more updates on Haseena Parkar would also be disclosed.
