‘Pad Man’ is not coming out on 25th January; the new release date is 9th February!
25th January will have a solo release of ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Pad Man’ postponed to 9th January.

Bollywood is going through some serious revelation these days. Every other day, a new release date of a movie is revealed. Soon after ‘ Padmaavat ’ got passed by CBFC, havoc has been created in the entire B-town. And after the new release date of ‘ Padmaavat ’ came out, many films reshuffled their release dates. Only, Akshay Kumar starrer ‘ Pad Man ’ was standing strong on its original release i.e. 25th January but looks like even the ‘ Pad Man ’ makers are in no mood to clash their film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s magnum opus, ‘ Padmaavat ’. A few hours back, noted trade analyst, Komal Nahta, confirmed that ‘ Pad Man ’ has now postponed to 9th January. Confirming the news, he tweeted, “Breaking news: Pad Man release postponed to 9th February. Padmaavat will be solo release on 25th January.” Well, the actual reason behind postponing ‘Pad Man’ is not known but clashing with ‘Padmaavat’ would have been proved costly to its makers.
As Akshay has postponed his film, the Republic Day week will have the solo release of ‘ Padmaavat ’, but this won’t help ‘ Pad Man ’ in any major sense. Though Akshay’s film is not clashing with ‘ Padmaavat ’, it will now be pitted against Neeraj Pandey ’s ‘ Aiyaary ’ and Luv Ranjan ’s ‘ Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety ’
