Paresh Rawal in 'Chupke Chupke' remake

According to the source, filmmaker Umesh Shukla will make a comic caper which will be an adaptation of 1975 hit Hrishikesh Mukherjee's film 'Chupke Chupke'.

The magical duo , filmmaker Umesh Shukla and veteran actor Paresh Rawal created magic on the silver screen last time when they had teamed up for the classic hit film ' OMG Oh My God! '. Now, the duo will again be working together in another fun filled ride which would be an adaptation of the yesteryear magnum opus by Hrishikesh Mukherjee ' Chupke Chupke '.

According to the source, the writer duo Farhad -Sajid have already penned down the script for this film and now the film is in the final draft stage. The skilled performer Paresh Rawal will be seen reprising the role played by Om Prakash in the original film.

Filmmaker Umesh Shukla has recently confirmed this development about the remake and said that till date, only Paresh Rawal has been finalized among the cast of the film. The rest of the casting has not been done yet.

Umesh Shukla 's last venture ' OMG Oh My God! ' was a satire on exaggeration of religious obsession amongst people. The film proved to be an eye opener for many and was declared as a hit. The film starring Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar was well received by one and all. Now lets wait for another fun filled ride from Shukla-Rawal duo.
