'Piku' Rises While 'Bombay Velvet' Falls!
'Piku' witnesses great box office collections while Bombay Velvet falls flat.

' Bombay Velvet ' which was released last Friday witnessed a poor opening at the box office and continued its slow paced occupancies. The screen count of the film was around 2600 in the domestic markets. It received mixed reviews and has a fairly negative word of mouth due to which it could not pick up at the box office and fetched meagrely 21 crores from the domestic front till date.
On the other hand, there is another film ' Piku ' which is running successfully at the box office in its second week. Shoojit Sircar 's film has been loved by the audiences worldwide and has broken many records. The fun comedy drama has surpassed the 100 crore mark and has become the highest grosser of 2015.
' Piku ' turned out to become the biggest hit of this year and ' Bombay Velvet ' has fallen flat becoming a box-office disaster!
