Ranbir Kapoor's cook accompanies him on sets to help him maintain boxer's physique in 'Bombay Velvet'
Ranbir Kapoor eats home-made food made by his cook on the sets of 'Bombay Velvet', as he is playing the role of a boxer in the film.

The dashing star Ranbir Kapoor is in Sri Lanka these days, as the superstar is shooting for Anurag Kashyap 's ' Bombay Velvet '. As per the reports, Ranbir is essaying a boxer in the film and hence, needs to have a good physique. For maintaining a healthy physique, Ranbir eats only home-made food and carries a dabba with him on the sets.
Ranbir Kapoor talked about filming in Sri Lanka by saying that "It's been a perfect schedule here, cut off from Mumbai, shooting through the nights in a no man's land. I am on a very inspired set, which is run by women, which is lovely. It's actually a very clear thing that Anurag has done by hiring women both as his assistant directors as well as in production as women are hard-working, feel more and give more to their work. Sri Lanka, for me now, for all times, will be reminiscent of ' Bombay Velvet '. I love the food here, but since I play a boxer in the film I need to maintain a certain physique, so my cook with me makes me normal desi khaana. The food here is spicy, but I do take my cheat breaks,"
