Ranbir's 'Barfi!' Nominated as Indian's Entry to the Oscars Next Year
Ranbir’s latest flick ‘Barfi!’ has been highly appreciated by some critics and due to the high voltage performance of Ranbir & Priyanka, this film has also done decent business.

Ranbir's latest flick ' Barfi! ' has been highly appreciated by some critics and due to the high voltage performance of Ranbir & Priyanka, this film has also done decent business.
Now, there is good news for the team of ' Barfi! ' and others that it has been selected as India's official entry to the Oscars in the category of 'Best Foreign Language Film'.
This film had released last week. It has been directed by Anurag Basu which stars Ranbir Kapoor , Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'cruz . Ranbir has played mute and dumb role whereas Priyanka has played the role of mentally retarded girl.
It has been reported that this film beat 19 other films to represent India at the Oscars.
" Barfi! is the Indian entry to the Oscars. We selected it to represent the country out of 20 films," Supran Sen, Secretory General of Film Federation of India told PTI.
