Sajid Nadiadwala says goodbye to Jacqueline, searching new actress for ‘Kick 2’!
Unlike ‘Kick’, Jacqueline Fernandez is not going to be a part of its sequel. Director Sajid Nadiadwala is looking for a new actress now.

In 2014, producer Sajid Nadiadwala first time wore the director’s hat for the movie ‘ Kick ’ and it became a blockbuster hit. The movie featured megastar Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles and their onscreen chemistry was loved by all. But now, the latest confirmation says that the actress is not going to be a part of its sequel ‘ Kick 2 ’ and the makers are now looking a new leading lady opposite Salman. But before anyone jumps to any conclusion that why the actress will not be seen in ‘ Kick 2 ’, let us tell you that there’s no tension between the makers and Jacqueline. As the sequel will have a completely different plot, the story demands a new face. Jacqueline’s role ended with the first part and hence the makers are in the hunt for a new face.
As a source close to the project confirmed to a leading daily, “Jacqueline Fernandez will not be a part of Kick 2, however, this is not because of any issue between anyone, but because the story is completely different. Jacqueline’s track ended in Kick. In fact, Kick 2 has a completely new plot and character, hence Sajid Nadiadwala and his team decided to cast a new leading lady. They’ve shortlisted a few names and should make an announcement soon.”
Well, there’s nothing to get upset. The actress is already doing ‘ Race 3 ’ with Salman and she also has another action thriller, ‘ Drive ’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput .
