Salman Khan axes Sooraj Pancholi, Athiya Shetty's lip-lock scene from 'Hero'
Salman Khan chopped off the kissing scene of Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty in the upcoming home production 'Hero'.

We earlier reported about Salman Khan cuts out 30 minutes from his upcoming home production ' Hero '. Here's one more news update and it says that Salman Khan has chopped off lip-lock scene of Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty in the film ' Hero ', reportedly. Salman has never kissed on the screen and so he thinks no kissing scenes are needed in the movie ' Hero '.
Talking about this, Nikhil Advani , the director of ' Hero ', said that "It was just a peck...A brush of the lips....But even before I could see it, Salman did, and insisted on editing it out. His argument was that in all these years, he had never kissed on screen, so there was no reason for his 'children' to lock lips."
Advani further added that "His brief to me was to not make another ' D-Day '. He wanted a larger-than-life film. He was launching two new faces and wanted to give them the platform he had got. He told me we had to emulate the scale of 'Salaam-E-Ishq' in terms of music and grandeur."
