After doing record-breaking business in India, Salman Khan starrer ‘ Bajrangi Bhaijaan ’ is set to release in China on March 2nd. We all are excited about the Chinese premiere of the blockbuster film, but what’s tickling our funny bones is its Chinese title. The title of ‘ Bajrangi Bhaijaan ’ is changed to ‘Little Lolita Monkey God Uncle’, yes that’s right. But we guess, what the Chinese film board wanted was just the simple translation. As in the film, Harshali ’s name was Munni, they decided to change it with ‘Little Lolita’ and as we know Salman played the worshiper of Lord Hanuman; they changed it to ‘Monkey God’.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan originally released in India in June, 2015. It tells the story of a humble, religiously motivated man played by Salman Khan who helps a mute, 6-year-old Pakistani girl (Malhotra) to find her way home after she is accidentally separated from them. The Chinese version of the picture will have a running time of 140 minutes, 16 minutes less than the Indian release.

If Bajrangi Bhaijaan can earn, say, $25 million or more in China, it could open the doors for more films from India to enter the Chinese market. That would likely require some goodwill from Aamir Khan 's huge fan-base, for Salman Khan to ride on his very wide coattails.
