The Immortals of Meluha is the first novel of the Shiva trilogy series. Published in February 2010, the book turned out to be a best seller and a commercial success within days of its release. Two years later, Dharma Productions’ head honcho Karan Johar reportedly bought the rights of the book to make a film but the project could never took off due to various reasons.
