Sanjeev Kapoor to debut in acting
Renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor is all set to make his debut in the Hindi film industry shortly. The talented chef who earlier has rocked the dance floor by participating in the dance reality show on TV, will be seen in 2 Hindi films 'Lunch Box' and 'Super Nani' .

Renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor is all set to make his debut in the Hindi film industry shortly. The talented chef who earlier has rocked the dance floor by participating in the dance reality show on TV, will be seen in 2 Hindi films 'Lunch Box' and 'Super Nani' .
The film 'Lunch Box' will be directed by Ritesh Batra who got training from veteran director Anurag Kashyap . The film will have Irrfan Khan , Nimrat Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui . The film is about the love story of a young housewife and a middle aged man in the background of Mumbai. According to the source, the film is getting produced by the producers from foreign.
On the other hand , 'Super Nani' highlights the subject of women empowerment. It's about how a grandson inspires his grandmother to do something big in life. The film will be directed by Indra Kumar and it has Sharman Joshi and Rekha in the lead.
Confirming the news, Sanjeev Kapoor said that the news is true and he has currently 2 movies on the floor. Both the directors are very talented and hard working and Sanjeev is looking forward for his roles in those movies. He will be playing a small but impressive role in the films. He will be seen as himself in both the films. Sanjeev reveals that in the future, if a role is bigger he will surely think about it.
