Shahid Kapoor to rattle off a six-page monologue in 'Haider'
Shahid Kapoor's character in 'Haider' goes mad in the climax of the film and the actor will have a six-page monologue, where he has earned the praise from the director Vishal Bhardwaj.

Gone are the days when Bollywood actors used to play monotonous roles in the films. These days B-Town stars are ready to go on an experimentation spree regarding their roles and looks and the recent one to join the wagon is Shahid Kapoor . The Kapoor lad will go bald in Vishal Bhardwaj 's upcoming ' Haider ' and his bald look has been a talk of the town in the meanwhile.
The further news update confirmed by the director Bhardwaj revealed that Shahid Kapoor is going to rattle off a six-page monologue in the climax scene of ' Haider '. Bhardwaj even stated that in this scene, Shahid reminded him of the body language of his father and senior actor Pankaj Kapur , whereas Shahid's voice reminded Bhardwaj of another veteran star Naseeruddin Shah . Shahid has earned praises from the director for his dedication towards his work in this flick. ' Haider ' is an intense love tale and narrates Shahid's journey from being a student to a killer. The climax scene of the film apparently shows that Shahid looses his mental balance and goes mad.
Based on Shakespeare's 'Hamlet', the scenic love story ' Haider ' also features Tabu and Shraddha Kapoor . The movie hits the screens on October 2.
