Siddharth Malhotra Wants To Back Stories As A Producer!

Young actor Siddharth Malhotra is not only known for his charming looks but also for his performances. Siddharth’s last film Baar Baar Dekho also starring Katrina Kaif tanked at the box-office, but the actor has an exciting line up of films coming up. Siddharth has ventured into films with different genres like action, drama, romance, and light-hearted comedy. Now his upcoming film Ittefaq is a thriller which is an adaptation of 1969’s film. Now, the actor expressed his desire to explore a new facet of filmmaking and don the producer's hat.

In a recent media interaction, Siddharth spoke about his desire to back stories and inspire people as a producer, he said, “I think that will happen. We are all story tellers. I would like to inspire people and tell more stories. I would never refuse a film or do a film for a certain amount of money. If there is a story I can contribute to by being a producer, and then I will 100% tell that story. So, definitely, a few years from now, I would like to back stories as a producer.”

Talking about marriage, the actor quipped, “I don’t know. My mom would be happy. Marriage is something I have not planned for yet. No offense, but I don’t get the whole concept of arranged marriage. I’d rather know the person who I’ll settle down with. But if I had to put a cap on it, maybe I will get hitched in my 30s."

Siddharth Malhotra is currently shooting for his upcoming film with Manoj Bajpai Aiyaary and he will also be seen in A Gentleman with Jacqueline Fernandez.
