Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu became proud parents of a baby girl!

Soha Ali Khan has been showing pictures of herself with her cute baby pump through-out her pregnancy, making all the fans curious for the good news. Like sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan , Soha also never shied away from the media or avoided outings during those crucial nine months. In fact her delightful pictures, cover shoots inspired many would-be mothers. Soha’s baby shower pictures were love! Finally, the good news dropped and it is confirmed that Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu  are blessed with a baby girl.

Kunal Khemu took to Twitter to express his joy and share the news. He also updated that Soha and the baby both are doing well. The actor and newly turned father wrote: “We are over the moon thrilled and delighted to share that we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl on this very auspicious day. Soha and our gorgeous baby are doing well. We thank you for your kind wishes, love, and blessings."

When media contacted Soha’s mother veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, she said in a statement, "We are happy. Soha is well and Kunal is well. It's lovely to have the little one. It's a very special moment. Kunal is super excited as it's his first baby. Thank god everything went well."

Previously, the actor spoke about the baby’s arrival in a media statement to share his excitement. He said, "I am very excited and happy. A lot of people said that you will be nervous and will get sleepless nights, but I haven't felt it. I can't wait to be a father now."

"I will promote the film, but yes a little break is important or else I will be in trouble later. I think more than me wanting to do is that I really want to spend time with the baby. I start planning in my head and Soha is like the baby is going to take some time to grow before you start doing all this. But yes, I will take some time off. We will watch Golmaal together," he added.
