SRK wants to start shooting for Salute in September and continue for two months before he starts promoting Zero, informs a source.
Megastar Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy shooting one of the biggest films in the Hindi film industry. Though he is committed to Aanand L Rai’s Zero, he has also been approached for the biopic of astronaut Rakesh Sharma, which is tentatively titled Salute. While Shah Rukh had earlier said that he is not taking any other project till he finishes Zero, a recent report states that he might start shooting for Salute in September this year. A source informed the daily, "SRK wants to start shooting in September and continue for two months before he starts promoting Zero, which releases on Christmas. After that, he will resume Salute’s shoot from January 2019. The film is expected to release next year."
Salute will be produced by Siddharth Roy Kapoor and the actor has been meeting him for quite a long time now. SRK’s Zero will get wrapped up in few months and whether he will do Salute or not will be confirmed by him soon.
