SRK Drops Siddharth Malhotra’s 1st Look Teaser Poster From Ittefaq!

Bollywood’s young star Siddharth Malhotra has been stealing the limelight for all the right reasons. The charming actor has an interesting line-up of films coming up. Yesterday, i.e. Thursday late evening Shah Rukh Khan dropped a teaser poster revealing Siddharth’s look from Ittefaq: It Happened One Night ! The poster went viral and was a trending topic within minutes! The poster was shared by co-producer Karan Johar, lead stars Siddharth and Sonakshi Sinha . SRK who is also co-producing the film took to Twitter and wrote, “What exactly happened that night? #ItHappenedOneNight @S1dharthM @sonakshisinha @karanjohar @junochopra @abhayrchopra.”

Ittefaq is an adaptation of the 1969 thriller by the same name. As per the reports, the shooting of the film has been wrapped up already. Clarifying the rumour about his dance number, SRK said in a media statement, "Not at all. I don’t have any song in Ittefaq. If I start having songs in every film I produce, I’ll only be doing songs then. We are planning to produce nine films in the next two years. So, then I would have to do nine-10 songs (laughs). So no, there’s no song like that."

Talking about the release plans, Shah Rukh said, "The film is over. We should be out with the marketing in a few days. Karan is sitting with the team and planning it now."

Talking about his role in the film, Siddharth said in a statement, "My role is that of an intense man; there is a certain element of suspense as he is a suspect for murder. It's a murder mystery, something we haven't seen in a while. I am excited to bring back a genre, which has almost been dead for many years. It's an adaptation and is inspired by the original."

Ittefaq: It Happened One Night is set to release on November 3, 2017!
