One of the biggest aspects of any male actor’s career is to remain in shape most of the time and then there comes the time when he has to prepare for a role and follow the rigorous diet and exercise routine. Though most of the actors keep this secret, so fans would wonder how they achieve it, it is not the case with Sushant Singh Rajput . In preparation for the role in Raabta , Sushant was asked to follow an extensive diet and gym routine. And as per the picture he posted on Instagram, the hard work paid off. But besides just posting a hot picture, he posted the diet and workout routine to his fans. That’s what is called dedication towards fans!

In this list of diet and exercise regime, His diet plan had the following: 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs Omelette & 1 medium size bowl of oats with almonds and black raisins followed by High-Intensity Calisthenics workout for an hour and a half. He could also Binge meal excluding deep fried food. His diet plan suggested 1 bowl of quinoa with Stir fry veggies and Chicken gravy along with Lettuce and Feta salad with 1 portion of Grilled Turkey. He also mentioned that he had to do weapons training for 45 min. Sushant was also suggested a portion of Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a bowl of Avocado salad for fiber element in the diet.

Though it would add as a suggestion to any health enthusiast, one should consult doctor or dietician first before taking up any diet plan.

The film Raabta also stars Kriti Sanon and is scheduled to releases on 9th June, but due to some legal issues, the release dates might be postponed a bit further, to which BollywoodMDB will keep you posted.
