Tiger Shroff to pay tribute to father Jackie Shroff with Meriwali Ding Dang song!
Tiger Shroff will don Jackie Shroff’s ‘Jaggu Dada look’ from his films in upcoming the song Meriwali Ding Dang, from the film Munna Michael!
Despite working hard on his upcoming films and keeping in touch with fans, Tiger Shroff never forgets to be the ideal kid that he is! As most of the post-production duties for Munna Michael is done, the filmmakers have planned to release their second music video, Meriwali Ding Dang Ding Dang, on 19th June. Tiger Shroff recently revealed the fact that their upcoming music video would be a tribute to his father, Jackie Shroff, and also shared that he is also excited for this song to release!
Ding dang is shot in Film City and choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, and the makers were keen and persistent about giving Munna’s character a Jaggu Dada’s look from Jackie Shroff’s early 80’ films, adding stubble, hairdo, and the clothes while maintaining Mumbai Loafer attitude and lingo to the core. Even Tiger Shroff was also excited when this idea was pitched to him as he is never shy to display his affection for his father. So he didn’t let this opportunity go and judging by the song teaser he posted on Twitter, he pretty much nailed the look!
The music video also features his leading lady Nidhhi Agerwal, whom he’ll try to woo on top of a bus in the sequence and, the song will be out on 19th June. Whereas the film would release on 21st July. The rest of the cast features Vivaan Shah, Anaika Soti, Anupam Shyam and also Sahil Anand.
