One of the longest running shows on Colors, Sasural Simar Ka, is finally going to end very soon.

Sasural Simar Ka, one of the longest running daily soaps on Colors, is finally going off air. The once much-loved show on Indian television was launched in 2011 and enjoyed a run of 6 years before bidding adieu to the audience.
The show started off as a story of two sisters living life to the fullest while pursuing their individual dreams. But as the story progressed, both married in the same family. Falling TRPs compelled the makers to introduce supernatural elements in the show for which it received a lot of flak from the audience.
Another blow came when the whole star cast quit the show and TRPs hit rock-bottom. The makers roped in new faces to save the show, but the replaced cast failed to tug the right chord with the audience. And then started the rumors of the show going off air. But now, if the reports are to be believed, the show is finally ending very soon.
It is yet not disclosed when the show will air its last episode.
