Bhediya, starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, has experienced a decline in sales on its fourth day in theatres. Early projections have the creature comedy's Monday performance between a 45% and 50% decline, with sales of between Rs. 3.75 and 4.25 crores predicted. Bhediya had to stay in the Rs. 5 crore range to have a chance at the box office in the long run because the decrease was worse than anticipated.

Single screens and multiplexes alike have experienced a decline. Even though its main audience is in metro areas, Bhediya is having trouble staying afloat in the national multiplex chains. The decline and weekend pattern show that the word of mouth in the real world differs greatly from that which we observe online.

Currently at about Rs. 32 crores for its first four days, 40 crores of rupees are anticipated to be made by Bhediya in its first week of release. The second weekend trend will determine Bhediya's lifetime box office, however it is guaranteed that the movie will gross less than Rs. 70 crore.

Drishyam 2 vs Bhediya

Drishyam 2 had a minor negative effect on commerce, but ultimately, local reports were likely insufficient to keep the movie afloat and make up for the slight losses brought on by the impact of Drishyam 2.
