No change in the release date of Kartik Aryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will not be postponed and will release on March 25, 2022, in cinemas across India.

Due to rising cases of COVID-19, several industries are heavily affected, including the film industry. Many films are being postponed due to partial opening of theatres across the country. However, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 have decided to release the film on schedule, which is March 25.
The film, which is a sequel to the 2007 blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa, will have a theatrical release on the said date.
Noted critic and trade expert Taran Adarsh posted a tweet about the movie’s release date and wrote, "NO POSTPONEMENT: BHOOL BHULAIYAA 2 TO RELEASE ON SAME DATE... #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 to release on its earlier announced date [25 March 2022] in *cinemas*... The film will feature Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu in lead roles. When asked if Vidya Balan, who played the lead role in the original, will reprise her role as Monjulika in the sequel, film’s director Anees Bazmee had said, “If the film is Bhool Bhulaiyaa, she has to be there in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Let the rest be a surprise!” He further mentioned that Monjulika is his favorite character.
