Before setting his foot in Bollywood, Arjun Kapoor has struggled with weight for most of his life, but now the gifted actor has converted into a fitness freak and is constantly updating his social media profile while working out. Now he's embarking on a new yoga journey, and he's sharing some Monday encouragement for physical fitness.
The Ishaqzaade (2012) actor switched to Iyengar yoga, a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in body postures. Arjun took to his social media and posted a series of some difficult yoga poses. He wrote in the caption, "I've just started a new journey, discovering Iyengar yoga. It started with wanting to sort my posture, open up my hip joint and fix my lower back injury issues.
