After Aryan Khan got a clean chit, lawyer Mukul Rohatgi had THIS to say about Shah Rukh Khan

In the Mumbai cruise drugs case, Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, received a clean chit. The charge sheet filed by NCB on Friday does not include Aryan Khan's name. Only 14 people have been named in the charge sheet. Due to a lack of evidence, six persons, including Aryan (Aryan Khan clean chit), have been released. Following this, his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi's statement has come to the fore.

Speaking to a publication, Rohatgi said, "I'm relieved, and so must my clients be, including Shah Rukh Khan. The truth has prevailed. Ultimately, there was no material to charge this young man (Aryan Khan) or arrest him. He was not found with any drugs and I had clearly indicated to the court that the arrest was completely meaningless."

He further added, "I'm happy that the NCB has acted professionally. At least at the time of filing the charge sheet, admitting and realizing that there was no reason to proceed against this young man. They have admitted their mistake."

Rohatgi said that the "dark chapter" should be forgotten now as the future is bright. He said, "All's well that ends well. Once you forget the dark chapter of 26 days and the anxiety which is caused to the accused and to his parents and well-wishers, I think we should look at the future. Now, the future is bright and the chapter should be closed."'

Due to a lack of proof, six persons, including Aryan, have been released. Last year, Aryan Khan was detained in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs investigation. In addition to Aryan Khan, 19 other suspects were apprehended in the investigation. All of the defendants are currently out on bond, with the exception of two.
