Varun Dhawan says Shah Rukh Khan and Anil Kapoor are ‘poles apart’

Varun Dhawan starrer Jugjugg Jeeyo (2022) recently opened in theatres and is doing well at the box office. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Kiara Advani, and Maniesh Paul in crucial roles. In a recent interview, Dhawan talked about his experiences working with two of the biggest actors in the industry, Anil Kapoor in Jugjugg Jeeyo and Shah Rukh Khan in Dilwale (2015).
Shah Rukh and Varun collaborated on the action romantic comedy film Dilwale (2015), which was helmed by Rohit Shetty and was produced by Gauri Khan. Shah Rukh and Kajol starred opposite each other in the film, and Varun and Kriti Sanon also played key parts.
When asked about the environment on the sets while working with Anil and Shah Rukh by a news outlet, Dhawan responded, "Very different. Very different. He (Anil Kapoor) is too entertaining and has so much energy. SRK is so charming, so courteous and so everything. He is just amazing. Shah Rukh sir is just amazing. Both are amazing. Anil sir is a brilliant actor but they are poles apart."
Jugjugg Jeeyo revolves around two couples from different generations who are on the verge of divorcing. It is made by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta under Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in Bhediya alongside Kriti Sanon. The film will mark their second collaboration together after Dilwale.
