Kartik Aaryan financially backed Shehzada, reveals producer Bhushan Kumar
Following the success of Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, there were rumours that the actor has increased his fees.

Kartik Aaryan, whose latest release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), has been doing thunderous business ever since its release, will next be seen in Shehzada in the Hindi remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020). The actor was reportedly worried in the past when the Hindi dubbed version was being considered for release in theatres. Producer Bhushan Kumar has recently spoken out in favour of him.
The producer has addressed these issues, detailing how, rather than raising his fees, Kartik Aaryan has been supportive of their endeavors, even financially helping them. Bhushan Kumar stated, “Our next film is Shehzada, and we would want it to do better than Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, but that isn't a benchmark, because the finances of that film are different. Kartik financially stood by us during the turbulent times and hats off to him.”
He went on to say that today's audiences want to see movies that are larger than life, and that these films require a lot of money to produce. He went on to say that such films can't be done without the actors' help, and to their credit, many of them are doing so now. “For example, Kartik, he supported us a lot. This factor is very important for making a big budget film. Today, if the actor fee is more, we compromise on the budget," he concluded.
Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon star in Shehzada. Bhushan Kumar, Aman Gill, and Allu Aravind are producing it under the banners of T-Series Films, Allu Entertainment, Haarika and Hassine Creations, and Brat Films.
