Deepika Padukone writes Farah Khan a heartfelt note of appreciation; calls her ‘ma’

One of Bollywood's finest actors, Deepika Padukone, has come a long way to reach her incredible accomplishment. She once had to work really hard for just one opportunity. But one person—Farah Khan—caught her attention and gave her the chance she had been longing for. By starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om (2007), the director offered Deepika Padukone the biggest break of her career, and she was able to wow the audience right away.
Everyone, even her first filmmaker Farah Khan, who saw Deepika on foreign billboards for her Louis Vuitton advertisements, is happy that she is going global now. She posted a picture of the Padmaavat (2018) actress on her Instagram account with the caption, "Looking good baby".
Sharing the same story on her Instagram account, Padukone wrote, " Thank you Ma! YOU had faith in me when no one else did."
Om Shanti Om, starring Shah Rukh Khan, marked Deepika's acting debut. Following her debut as a filmmaker with Main Hoon Na (2004), Farah directed the musical drama. In Farah's Happy New Year, Deepika collaborated once more with Shah Rukh. Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Soon, and Boman Irani were among the actors who starred in the 2014 film.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Pathaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
