Tiger Shroff takes his validation from the Box Office; the actor opens up about setbacks on ‘Koffee with Karan’

In the latest episode of ‘Koffee with Karan’ the host filmmaker Karan Johar houses two actors Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff. The duo made their Bollywood debut together in the film ‘Heropanti’ in the year 2014. Since then they have both offered several successful films to their audience. In the Koffe conversations, the actors revealed a lot about their experiences in the industry and their personal life.

Like always the host Karan brings all the topics of speculation around his guests. During which Tiger spoke about films of his that did not perform as expected by the audience. He said, "I was heartbroken, depressed...I am just a very extreme person. I give everything to this. I wouldn't say I have sacrificed a lot because I like doing what I am doing. I don't have a social life. I don't have very many friends. So, this is what I do...I did failure eating...I am an emotional eater."

He further shared, "I even hungrier right now for the box office numbers. I am not the kind of actor to get adulation on 'arey kya kaam kiya hai, what a performance' That's not me...For me, my validation is the Box Office. I live for those you know whistles and all when I land and about to save the day."

Fans of Tiger can soon see him in ‘Screw Dheela’ opposite Telugu star Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. Apart from this he has ‘Ganapath: Part One’ with Kriti Sanon which is a Vikas Bahl directorial. Following this he has ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ by Ali Abbas Zafar and ‘Rambo’ by Rohit Dhawan. The film ‘Rambo’ is a Hindi remake of the 1982 Hollywood hit which was led by Sylvester Stallone.
