Abhishek Bachchan announces his next Ghoomer; says, ‘Can’t ask for a better birthday present’

Today is a double celebration day for Abhishek Bachchan as today is his 46th birthday and also, he has shared good news with his fans regarding his professional life. The actor has announced that he will collaborate with R Balki on Ghoomer, which will be his upcoming project. He also revealed that he had started to shoot for the film.
Abhishek shared a picture of a clapboard placed in front of Lord Ganesha’s pic to seek blessings. The clapboard had the film’s name Ghoomer written on it and stated that it was being directed by R Balki. Abhishek wrote, “can’t ask for a better birthday present! Birthdays are best spent working. Now spinning!” as the caption for the post.
The project will be Abhishek’s second collaboration with R. Balki after their 2009 release, Paa, which also featured Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan in key roles. Along with the project, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in debutant director Tushar Jalota’s Dasvi.
This film features Abhishek as an uneducated politician, while Yami Gautam essays the role of an IPS officer. Dasvi also features a pivotal role for Nimrat Kaur. Abhishek Bachchan has also reportedly bought the Hindi remake rights of the Tamil thriller Oththa Seruppu Size 7 (2019) and has already started shooting for the same.
